What we collect
Praelo collects only what's needed to diagnose your bottleneck and build a working acquisition system. From the intake form: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, profession, location, the free-text and voice you submit, any documents you upload, and (for regulated practitioners) license number and jurisdiction. From the system we deliver to you: usage analytics tied to your build, not aggregated across customers.
What we do with it
We use your intake to produce a written diagnosis of the bottleneck blocking your practice, design the system that fixes it, and build it. We use AI tools to read your free-text answers and voice transcripts. The diagnosis itself is reviewed by a human operator before anything is shown to you.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate Praelo:
- Cloud hosting and database
- AI providers for diagnostic analysis and voice transcription. Text and audio only. We never send patient information to AI providers.
- Email delivery
- Payments
- Booking software
- Messaging (WhatsApp Business). Only when you opt in.
Regulated practitioners
For HIPAA-covered builds, we treat patient information as PHI by default. Praelo does NOT send PHI to AI providers. We apply the relevant rulebook at content-generation time, not afterwards: HIPAA Privacy Rule plus your state psychology board code, Colombia's Ley 1090 + Colpsic, or Mexico's Cédula Profesional + LFPDPPP. We never process your patients' data on your behalf. The system we hand you handles your customers' data under your own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@praelo.co.
